Pro Elite Academy was founded in 2014 with one purpose: to give young players in Bradford, Leeds and across Yorkshire a genuine route into the game. Not trials that go nowhere. Not sessions that feel like babysitting. A real environment with real expectations and a real pathway forward.

Pro Elite Academy started in 2014 from a simple observation: there were talented players in Bradford, Leeds and across Yorkshire who weren't getting the right environment to develop. The gap between grassroots football and anything higher was wide - and mostly filled with academies that promised a lot and delivered little.
We started small. A handful of players, a clear structure, and a commitment to being honest - about what we could offer, about where players were, and about what it was going to take. That hasn't changed.
Ten years on, Pro Elite has grown into a multi-programme football academy with players who have gone on to sign professionally, complete degrees, and build careers in football at every level. The measure of that isn't the number of programmes we run - it's what actually happens to the players who come through them.

Every programme, every decision, every conversation is shaped by what is genuinely best for the individual player - not the club, not the numbers, not the reputation of the academy.

Players who join us know exactly where the programme is designed to take them. We don't make vague promises. Every pathway is mapped, and players can see the route forward from day one.

We tell players what they need to hear. Honest, specific feedback given consistently - not when it's convenient. Progress requires truth, and we're not willing to trade one for the other.

Football is not the only thing we care about. A player who leaves Pro Elite with a degree, qualifications, and a work ethic is a success regardless of what happens on the pitch.

The standard we hold in training is the same standard we hold in how we communicate with players and families. Consistency matters more than any single session or result.

We're not optimising for immediate results. We're building players who are ready for what comes next - whatever that is - and are capable of continuing to develop once they leave us.
