Pro Elite Girls & Ilkley Town Women Partnership Announcement
We are delighted to announce a new partnership between Pro Elite Girls and Ilkley Town Women. This is an exciting step forward for our female players and strengthens the pathway available through our Female Football Scholarship Programme based at Guiseley High School, where players combine full-time education with elite football development.
This partnership provides our players with a clear and structured route into senior women's football. We are looking forward to working closely with Rich and everyone involved at Ilkley Town Women to build a strong foundation that helps progress Pro Elite players into the club's senior environment.
The structure at Ilkley Town is an excellent fit for our programme, providing our players with a clear pathway into senior football. With both a Development Team and First Team in place, our players will have opportunities to continue their progression within a well-established and ambitious club. This creates an environment where players can develop, gain valuable experience, and work towards competing at the highest level possible.
The partnership also creates an exciting opportunity for Ilkley Town's U15 and U16 players. Young players within the club will have the chance to progress into the Pro Elite Female Scholarship Programme, where they can study a variety of A-Level subjects at Guiseley High School while continuing their football development in a full-time elite environment. This two-year programme is designed to prepare players both academically and athletically, giving them the best possible platform to progress into senior football with Ilkley Town Women.
