What to expect

The Junior Development Pathway is the foundation of the Pro Elite pathway, for players aged 4 to 16. It is a training-only programme - no games programme - focused entirely on helping players develop and improve through structured sessions delivered by professional coaches.

The Pathway is split by age, from our Minis group right through to U15s, plus a dedicated Goalkeeper Clinic for young keepers. Every session has a clear purpose - players work on technical ability, tactical understanding, and physical development in an environment that takes them seriously.

This programme sits comfortably alongside school and grassroots football. Players don't have to leave their club to join - and many don't. The Junior Development Pathway adds structure and quality to what they're already doing.

Players who are consistently developing and showing the right application are considered for progression to the Emerging Talent Squad. That conversation is always honest and always led by what's right for the player.

02 / Curriculum

Develop your skills with a detailed training curriculum

Every week follows a structured curriculum covering technical development, tactical understanding, and physical progression, appropriate to each age group. Players know what they're working on and coaches track it individually across the season.

04 / Pathways

A clear route to the next level

The Junior Development Pathway is the start of a pathway, not a dead end. Players who show progress and the right attitude are considered for the Emerging Talent Squad. That conversation is always honest and led by the player's best interest.

05 / Balance

Football that works around school

One Tuesday evening session a week. Education comes first at this age - and we mean that. Players shouldn't be forced to choose between school and football before they're 16, and with us, they don't have to.

06 / Community

Be part of something that lasts

Pro Elite is built on relationships. Players, parents, coaches, and clubs that have come through our programmes stay connected. The environment we create is one players want to be part of - not just one they tolerate for the football.

Built around results

Individual progress report

Every player receives a detailed written report each term covering technical, tactical, physical, and mental development with honest coaching notes.

Pathway to Emerging Talent

Players who are ready are put forward for the Emerging Talent programme. The conversation is honest and the criteria are clear - it's never based on preference.

Real match experience

A full fixture calendar against genuine opposition. Players compete regularly throughout the season - not just in training matches or friendlies.

In their own words

"
Honestly, I just love coming. The sessions are fun, I've made loads of new mates here, and I look forward to training more than anything else in my week.

Watching him fall in love with football has been the best part of this for us. He's improving every single week, and it's not just on the pitch - his confidence off it has come on so much too.
