About the programme
The Emerging Talent Squad is for junior players who are already shining at their grassroots club, or who have experience at a professional club academy, and are ready to see what a higher level of environment looks like. This isn't for players who are thinking about it one day - it's for players who are already standing out and want to push further.
Training is structured Tuesday evening sessions in Bradford, delivered by professional coaches. The standard is higher than grassroots. The sessions are more demanding, the detail is greater, and the expectations reflect that. Players can stay at their grassroots club - the two aren't in conflict.
Alongside training, there is a full games programme competing in the Junior Premier League. That's a genuine competitive competition with real opposition - not friendlies. Players develop by playing at a level that challenges them.
Players who are ready to take the next step can progress towards our Scholarship programmes. That conversation happens when the time is right, not before.

What we offer
01 / Coaching
Every session is led by UEFA-licensed coaches with experience at youth and semi-professional level. Sessions are set at a standard above grassroots, with individual development in mind - not just the team outcome.
02 / Curriculum
Every week follows a structured curriculum covering technical development, tactical understanding, and physical progression at a higher intensity than grassroots. Players know what they're working on and coaches track it individually across the season.
03 / Fixtures
Development without competition is incomplete. Players take part in a full fixture schedule in the Junior Premier League - genuine competitive competition with real opposition, not friendlies.
04 / Pathways
The Emerging Talent Squad is a step on the pathway, not a dead end. Players who show progress and the right attitude are considered for our Scholarship programmes. That conversation is always honest and led by the player's best interest.
05 / Balance
Sessions run in evenings and weekends. Education comes first at this age - and we mean that. Players shouldn't be forced to choose between school and football before they're 16, and with us, they don't have to.
06 / Community
Pro Elite is built on relationships. Players, parents, coaches, and clubs that have come through our programmes stay connected. The environment we create is one players want to be part of - not just one they tolerate for the football.
What players gain
Every player receives a detailed written report each term covering technical, tactical, physical, and mental development with honest coaching notes.
Players who are ready are put forward for our Male or Girls Scholarship programmes. The conversation is honest and the criteria are clear - it's never based on preference.
A full fixture calendar against genuine opposition. Players compete regularly throughout the season - not just in training matches or friendlies.
